At Burville Law Office, P.A., we represent individuals and businesses in the collection of debts or payment from customers or debtors who owe for products, services, rent, promissory notes, and the like. Our clients include any type of creditor who is not being paid, including:
- Banks
- Landlords
- Businesses
- Contractors and Subcontractors
- Individuals
We work with creditors who wish to start the debt collection process, those who have already been granted a judgment against the debtor, and those who need to file a lawsuit against the delinquent debtor. If you are involved in payment disputes and need help with debt collection, Burville Law Office, P.A. is available to guide and advise you.
Debt Collection Options
The most desirable solution is to obtain payment of the debt without the necessity of a court action. We initially attempt to resolve collection matters this way but, if necessary, have the experience to pursue collection through court action, including obtaining judgments, foreclosing liens or mortgages, having a receiver appointed, and assisting in the recovery of collateral. After a judgment is obtained, we are experienced with wage garnishment, bank and investment account levies, and sheriff's execution sales of other debtor assets.
